To ensure the best service experience for our customers, there are certain items and tasks that we do not include in our cleaning services. These exclusions are primarily due to occupational health and safety risks, liability concerns, and the complexity involved. Please note the following exclusions:
- Elimination of unpleasant smells
- Decontamination of biohazards (such as blood, feces, or extensive mold)
- Maintenance of AC units, vents, and filters
- Replacement of light bulbs
- Cleaning and upkeep of picture rails
- Maintenance of fireplaces
- Extraction of pet hair from deeply embedded carpet fibers
- Eradication of specific mineral deposits (like stains in toilet bowls)
- Cleaning of fly screens
- Care and cleaning of chandeliers
- Reaching and cleaning of other high areas (such as tops of cupboards, ceilings, etc.)
- Repairing and cleaning of silicon and grout
- Cleaning and maintenance of ceiling fans
